Jede CD ist sowohl chronologisch als auch thematisch aufgebaut und sorgfältig zusammen gestellt.
CD 1 "Win, Place and Show" umfasst 27 Hits, die von 1956 bis 1979 die Plätze 1 - 3 der C&W Charts belegten. CD 2 "Old Favorites and New" enthält die Single-Sammlung von 1955 bis 1994. Auf der 3. CD "The Great American Songbook" covert Cash 16 der bekanntesten Folk-, Blues- und Hillbilly-Standards der Jahre 1955 bis 1980. Die 4. CD "Family and Friends" beinhaltet die 24 schönsten Songs, die Cash zusammen mit Weltstars wie Bob Dylan, U2, Carter Family, June Carter Cash, Carl Perkins, Statler Brothers, Nick Lowe, Elvis Costello, Ray Charles oder Willie Nelson aufnahm.
